Samak processes account, classroom, subscription, and support data to operate the platform for teachers, students, organizations, and schools.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to create accounts, authenticate users, deliver lessons, track progress, manage classes, and support subscriptions, notifications, and profile settings. When age verification is required for public signup, we may collect a date of birth only to determine public signup eligibility.
Depending on how you use Samak, this may include classroom activity, organization records, billing metadata, technical logs, browser-side saved state, limited notification data, and AI interaction data. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the Services.
How we use data
We use data to operate and secure the service, support classroom and communication features, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, operate AI-assisted tools, and investigate incidents or abuse.
Public signup is available only to users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 may not create accounts through public signup flows and may receive access only through a responsible teacher, organization, or school where this is lawful.
