Terms of Service

Public signup is available only to users aged 13 and older. Children under 13 may not create accounts through public signup and must receive access from a responsible teacher, organization, or school where this is lawful.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Samak only where lawful and with any required permission, supervision, or authorization.

Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful educational or operational purposes. Students may use only authorized classes and may not share invite codes, impersonate other users, bypass authorization, or misuse upload, messaging, classroom, or AI features.

Teachers, organizations, and schools remain responsible for the educational content and student data they upload or manage through Samak, including invites, enrollments, classroom access decisions, and ensuring they have the rights and permissions required to use that material.

Some teacher features are offered on paid recurring subscriptions processed through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals and usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may update, maintain, or limit parts of the platform when needed for security, legal compliance, or product operation.
